More Life
— Hiring · La Cuadrilla

Join the hundred hands
behind every Casa.

Some crews are hired. Ours is known by name — framers, finishers, masons, and the next hands to learn the trade.

— Who we are

A family company. Twelve years of foundation.

More Life Development is the architectural arm of Cortes Building Group — a family-run general contractor that has been pouring foundations across Fairfield County since 2014.

We are building a trilogy of homes. Casa UNO is finished. Casa DOS opens in 2027. Casa TRES follows.

Every Casa is built by people you can name. We hire slowly. We pay on time. We treat the work as if it were our own house.

— What we hire

Six roles. Always open.

If you can do one of these well, we want to know you. If you are still learning it — we want to know you just the same.

ii.
We call within a week.

A real conversation — not a screening. Edwin or Jay, usually both.

iii.
Meet at the site.

Coffee on the porch. Walk the build. If it fits, we start.

Tell us who you are.

Goes straight to [email protected]. We read every one.

— The People You Will Work With

Faces on the field.

These are the hands you will stand beside — dawn on the slab, dusk when the light turns the framing gold. Some you will learn from. Some will learn from you.
